International Customer Account Manager

Job responsibilities:

· Develop and manage strategic relationship with international customers to accommodate customers’ demand/forecast and on-time delivery;

· Participate in direct communication with customers, including customer RFQ, product delivery commitment and projects follow up;

· Manage customer accounts in order to meet and exceeds sales target;

· Provide products quotes based on preliminary function description for new development projects as well as existing products;

· Work closely with R&D team, engineering team and supply chain team to achieve identified target cost for new products;

· Lead in preparing annual forecast, budget and support company performance on cost control;

· Prepare management reports and revenue forecast execution;

· Report to Vice President & Direct Manager.

Job requirements:

· 5 years+ sales and customer account management;

· Bachelor or above, major in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent;

· Solution oriented, well organized, self-initiative, detail minded, ability to work independently and multi-tasks, strong compliance with deadlines;

· Experience in optical component industry or similar field is an added advantage;

· Commit to the job, strong sense of responsibility, capable of working under pressure and possess good problem-solving skills;

· Strong data analytical and presentation skills and logical thinking;

· Good team player with positive thinking, good coordination and inter-personal skills;

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;

· Regular travel is required.
