Job responsibilities:

· Participate in the development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensing module;

· Participate in hardware design of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver / optical sensing module including circuit design and PCB layout;

· Prepare BOM, assembly drawings and related documents for design release, manufacturing and testing;

· Participate in design validation test and failure analysis;

· Perform circuit / power integrity / signal integrity simulations;

· Perform evaluation test for new devices and components.

Job requirements:

· Master / Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics or related disciplines;

· Minimum 4 years solid hardware development experience in electronic schematic design and PCB layout of products including analog/mixed signal, power management, and MCU control circuits;

· Solid experience in at least one of the schematic & PCB layout tools is a must;

· Good knowledge and design experience in various serial communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, MDIO, etc) is preferred;

· Experience in designing RF, high-speed digital or telecommunication products is an advantage;

· Solid experience in validating hardware and failure analysis is required;

· Good experience in handling measurement and testing with oscilloscope / digital multi-meter is required;

· Experience in manipulating network analyser, DCA and good knowledge in S-parameters is a plus;

· Knowledge and skills in 2D / 3D CAD software is preferred;

· Knowledge and skills in circuit, PI, SI simulation is preferred;

· Understanding on the fundamental of optoelectronics is an advantage;

· Ability to work independently and tackle tasks with minimal supervision.

Job responsibilities:

· Responsible for the formulation of technical solutions and process improvement of high-speed device packaging process;

· Responsible for the development of devices and the proposal of technical solutions in the production process;

· Strictly implement the quality management standard, propose to improve the device process, improve the product yield, and reduce the production cost.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, major in microelectronics, semiconductor physics, electronic engineering or related;

· At least 3 years experience in optical device packaging;

· Familiar with semiconductor optoelectronic device packaging technology;

· Strong communication skills, team spirit and sense of responsibility;

· Good English reading and writing skills.

Job responsibilities:

· Design of Experiment (DOE) to find;

· Material (For example: epoxy, metal) degradation properties;

· Component (such as laser diode) lifetime parameters;

· Handle optical transceiver reliability tests;

· Plan and manage the product / component qualification schedule;

· Allocate resources for stress test;

· Compile the data for stress tests and report to manager / customer;

· Initiate FA for any failures;

· Compliance test for product according to different international standard;

· Any other reliability related works.

Job requirements:

· Bachelor or Postgraduate in Electronic Engineer, Physics, Chemistry or related disciplines;

· 1 year or above working experience in reliability or failure analysis in electronic or optical devices;

· Knowledges with laser physics OR polymer materials (such as epoxy) will be plus;

· Good data analytic skills: with good experience in population distribution models;

· Good report writing skill.

Job responsibilities:

· Develop and manage strategic relationship with international customers to accommodate customers’ demand/forecast and on-time delivery;

· Participate in direct communication with customers, including customer RFQ, product delivery commitment and projects follow up;

· Manage customer accounts in order to meet and exceeds sales target;

· Provide products quotes based on preliminary function description for new development projects as well as existing products;

· Work closely with R&D team, engineering team and supply chain team to achieve identified target cost for new products;

· Lead in preparing annual forecast, budget and support company performance on cost control;

· Prepare management reports and revenue forecast execution;

· Report to Vice President & Direct Manager.

Job requirements:

· 5 years+ sales and customer account management;

· Bachelor or above, major in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, or equivalent;

· Solution oriented, well organized, self-initiative, detail minded, ability to work independently and multi-tasks, strong compliance with deadlines;

· Experience in optical component industry or similar field is an added advantage;

· Commit to the job, strong sense of responsibility, capable of working under pressure and possess good problem-solving skills;

· Strong data analytical and presentation skills and logical thinking;

· Good team player with positive thinking, good coordination and inter-personal skills;

· Excellent command of written and spoken English and Putonghua;

· Regular travel is required.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design and develop high-speed fiber-optic and optical sensor products related firmware;

· Prepare and review Firmware development documents;

· System integration testing, debugging and verification;

· join  product development team and participate in firmware development for high-speed fiber-optic products and optical sensor products;

· Embedded firmware and bootloader design;

· Test program and GUI development;

· Firmware validation and failure analysis;

· Documentation for firmware release.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields;

· Solid experience in C programming for embedded MCU;

· Good practice in source code management & control;

· Familiar with UART, I2C, SPI, MDIO protocol is an advantage;

· Knowledge in FPGA programming & digital signal processing is a plus;

· Experience firmware development in SFP, CFP, CFP2, QSFP-DD;

· Coherent high speed optical module development is preferred;

· Experience in Inphi, NEL coherent DSP firmware is preferred;

· Experience in Windows program design (Python/C/C++ or similar) for 3D modelling is a plus;

· Knowledge in embedded OS development (RTOS or embedded Linux) is a plus;

· Experience in assembly language programming, circuit design and PCB layout is a plus;

· Knowledge in high-speed communication is a plus;

· Ability to work independently and have good problem-solving skills.

Job responsibilities:

· Lead development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensor products;

· Planning and managing new product development projects from conception through transfer to manufacturing, including management of the product development process, time-integrated planning for qualification and customer sampling, and transfer to production;

· Define new product architecture and technology / process requirements;

· Work with a cross-disciplinary team including engineering design, product verification and test, operations, and sales & marketing to deliver a quality product;

· Drive project execution to meet development milestones, schedule, and budget.

Job requirements:

· Master or PhD with > 2 years of related product development experience;

· Preferred field(s) of study: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Applied Physics, Optical Engineering or equivalent;

· Familiar with fiber-optic communications, optoelectronics packaging or related disciplines;

· Candidate with previous experience in managing new technology development projects and government funded projects are preferred;

· Strong organization, leadership, and analytical skills;

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

· Self-motivated, creative, innovative, and responsible.
