AscentOptics' 4G FC SFP is small form factor pluggable module for 4.25Gb/s, 2.125Gb/s and 1.06Gb/s Fibre Channel (4GFC, 2GFC, 1GFC) applications and 1000BASE Gigabit Ethernet communications. They are designed to support 4G Fibre Channel (FC) and Gigabit Ethernet (GE) for storage area network (SAN) links. Our 4G FC SFP products line includes SW 300M over multi-mode fiber, and 10km LW, 40km EW and 4G CWDM DWDM, BIDI optical transceivers. They are compliant with the SFP Multi-Sourcing Agreement (MSA). They are compatible with Fibre Channel FC-PI-2 Rev. 7.0. Rate selectable versions are also compatible with Gigabit Ethernet as specified in IEEE Std 802.3.
