200G QSFP56 Breakout DAC cables include 200G QSFP56 to 4x50G SFP56 breakout copper cables and 200G QSFP56 to 2x 100G QSFP56 Passive Direct Attach copper breakout cables. It splits a QSFP56 port with 200GE/200G HDR signal (4x 50G-PAM4) into twp QSFP56 ports with 100G HDR100/100GE signal (2x 50G-PAM4), or four SFP56 ports with 50G signal (50G-PAM4). The 200G QSFP56 breakout DAC splitter cables are high-speed, cost-effective alternatives to fiber optics in 200Gb/s Ethernet and InfiniBand HDR applications. The passive DAC uses simply copper wires and have no electronics, zero power consumption, and have the lowest latency and insertion losses. AscentOptics’ premium passive copper cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity for short distance interconnects. It enables higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at low cost and reduced power requirements in the data centers. It is compliant with QSFP56 MSA SFF-8665 specifications and supports SFF-8636 compliant I2C management interface.
