400G QSFP-DD Breakout DAC cables include 400G QSFP-DD to 2x100G QSFP56 breakout copper cables, 400G QSFP-DD to 4x 100G QSFP56 Passive Copper Breakout Cables and 400G QSFP-DD to 8x 50G SFP56 Passive Copper Breakout Cables. It splits one QSFP56-DD port of 400G signal (8x 50G-PAM4) into 2 QSFP56 ports of 200G signal (4x 50G-PAM4), 4 QSFP56 ports of 100G signal (2x 50G-PAM4), or 8 SFP56 ports of 50G signal (50G-PAM4). The 400G QSFP-DD breakout DAC splitter cables are high-speed, cost-effective alternatives to fiber optics in 400Gb/s Ethernet applications. AscentOptics’ premium passive copper cable solutions provide power-efficient connectivity for short distance interconnects. It enables higher port bandwidth, density and configurability at low cost and reduced power requirement in the data centers. It is compliant with 400G QSFP56-DD MSA specifications.
