50G SFP28 AOC (Active Optical Cable) is een compliant met SFP56 MSA, laag stroomverbruik en lichtgewicht oplossing voor 50G high-speed interconnect-toepassingen over multi-mode vezels. Het ondersteunt 50G Ethernet-, InfiniBand HDR- en eCPRI-protocollen en wordt veel gebruikt in datacenter-, HPC- (High-Performance Computing) en 5G fronthaul-toepassingen. De 50G SFP56 AOC-kabels bieden een ideaal alternatief voor SFP56-koperkabels (DAC) en SFP56 optische transceiververbindingen met een kort bereik. De 50G SFP56 AOC-kabels zijn samengesteld uit SFP56 optische transceiverkop aan beide uiteinden en OM3 of OM4 multi-mode glasvezelkabel in verschillende kabellengtes. AscentOptics biedt hoogwaardige 50G SFP56 AOC met een bereik van 1 meter tot 100 meter.
